Really sorry to hear about the trouble. However, can you give us a little more information, please? The more information we have, the faster we can try to fix this for you.

How are you viewing the content on the iPad? Are you publishing for and viewing through the Articulate Mobile Player app, or for HTML5 and through Safari? 

Is there a specific point in the course where this happens, or is it different every time? If it's at a specific point, what type of content is on that particular slide?

Hi Karen,

Thanks for the additional info. Is Private Browsing currently disabled in Safari? You may find that Storyline's HTML5 output doesn't load as expected in Safari if the Private Browsing feature is enabled. This is a known issue. To correct it, turn off Private Browsing while you're viewing your Storyline content. Here's how.
