I have a quiz at the end of my course and in preview, I am able to retake the quiz with the slide reseting to initial state. When I publish to review, I am unable to select my responses so I can submit and move on.
Why would this work in preview but not when I publish?
Sorry Laura, I am not quite following what you are saying. You have a quiz at the end of your course, when previewing it in Storyline you are able to take the quiz, and then reset it and retry the quiz? Yet when you publish it to the review link, you take the quiz and cannot answer the questions? Or did you mean to say in the review link you take the quiz but when you reset it you can't answer questions the second time?

It sounds like you’re able to retake your quiz in Preview mode, but are not able to once you publish to Review 360, is that correct?
How are you retaking the quiz? Are you using a retry button on the result slide, or the Replay option in Preview?
Take a look at your result slide and ensure you have a Retry button that will reset the quiz before retaking. You can also feel free to share your course publicly here, or privately with one of our support engineers so we can take a look!
