Hi, I've created a project within Storyline and published as a video.
When the video is published it runs for over 9 mins. The last 2 mins of which is just the final slide. I have tried editing the end point on the timeline and even adding a trigger to end the course. Still when published it has the extra 2 mins.
How can I have the video end at the appropriate point without the additional time?
It sounds like Storyline 360 isn't ending the course where it should when the course is published to video. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
