Hi Everyone - I am new to my company and our LMS (Towers Watson: Talent|Reward) but pretty experienced with Storyline...
When I publish a course and link the learning program into the LMS it plays beautifully, but it will not mark as failed if the learner does not pass the exam questions...
I am stumped! I am publishing the output to AICC and have tried each "Report status to LMS" to no avail!
Is anyone else using Towers Watson: Talent|Reward that would share your output parameters with me please?
Thanks Leslie - it did in fact show as failed on SCORM Cloud, so I know the issue is not the course. Unfortunately the vendor is not experienced with storyline, only captivate, so they are scratching their heads when I ask questions... Hopefully someone out there has an idea of where to go from here...

Hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist you here.
I would advise testing the content in SCORM Cloud as well to verify that the issue does lie within the LMS and follow up with your LMS team if needed.
