When I published one of my projects and viewed it, two of the slides in the menu on the left hand side didn't appear however when I ran the project through they were there... this hasn't been a problem before ? I wonder if I have clicked on something in the settings or properties?
Have you checked if they appear in the menu feature? I.e Player > Menu > shows you the structure of slides as they appear in the menu (and not necessarily the structure you have created in amongst the scenes and slides themselves).
If any slides are missing, which sounds like the case, click "Insert from project" icon > locate slide(s) and insert as appropriate.
If you want to start your menu structure from scratch, click "Reset from story" icon.
This has happened to me before, and the solution was exactly what Simon said. Go to Player > Menu and click on "Reset from story" (the icon is near the bottom). Should completely fix the problem.
