I have a module I need to publish for a learner using an iPad. I've tried publishing (to Articulate Online) an HTML 5 version only (Mobile player unchecked when publishing) but still not able to load when I check on my own iPad.
Have you disabled the private browsing within Safari? You may find that the HTML5 output in mobile Safari does not work as expected.
If you'd like to share your .story file here I'm happy to test it on my iPad as well. If you'd prefer to not post it in the forums, you can always share it with our team here.
I'm just following up, and I see that John was able to isolate the issue to the first video - he is doing some further testing, and will likely be back in touch soon.
