Is the Tempshare server up an running. I am publishing to Tempshare, but I'm getting this error," Unable to connect to server. Please verify that you are connected to the internet" when I try to load it on an iPad. The iPad is connected to the internet, so I'm wondering if it's the Tempshare server.
I had published to Tin Can instead of SCORM, so it wasn't working. I republished to SCORM and haven't had any difficulty. I was going to delete this post, but I didn't see the option to do so.

I just uploaded and tested a course on my end and it seems to be working for me.
I noticed you posted this a couple of hours ago, are you still having trouble accessing the content on your iPad?
