Publishing Issues in Storyline 1

Hello,
I am having difficulty publishing a project. I am publishing the same way I have always published before, however Storyline is not creating all of the needed files. It is publishing very quickly - about 2 seconds to complete, and when I check the files the LMS folder is empty.
Here are the specs I am using to publish.
I am under a super tight deadline, so assistance would be greatly appreciated! I have four more modules to get published today.

Please make sure you are working locally as described here.
Also, you may want to look into a repair of Storyline to see if this helps resolve the behavior.

I believe we also had to turn off HTML5 publishing when publishing for our LMS. Hope that works for you!

I am working locally, and it is not a Storyline issue but a specific file issue. I am able to publish all of the other projects, just not this one. I have rebuilt it 4 times now, but it still won't publish for an LMS. Can you take a look at it and help me out?

We have used the HTML5 option on every other project, so I don't think that is the issue. Thank you for weighing in though!
