Publishing - "new folder" window hidden

Anyone else experience this, which I have had since release, but not all of the time....?
I go to publish, and I see a greyed-out screen - because the "Do you want to create a new folder" window is hidden away, when it should (presumably...) be forced to the front?
I then have to Alt-Tab to find it, and crate it.
Just a bit frustrating - that's all.

I can't say I've ever seen that happen - but I'll keep an eye out for it now! Just to confirm, you click Publish - then the ... button to make a new folder or change the folder location - and that window is hidden?
Yep - is set at the "back" somewhere....and I have to Alt-Tab to it.
Thanks for clarifying and I'm glad you're still able to access it that way. Based on the edge of your image, are you in Windows 8 as well?
