Publishing/Preview error

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into with your project. I have a few additional questions to understand what you may be seeing:

• Does the issue happen in any course you are working on or just this particular one? 
• What is the error that you are seeing?
• If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
• If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.

I have the same problem but no error message just nothing happens, my other projects work fine I have imported into a new one and still nothing

Great first step to import the slides into a new Storyline file. Now let's see what's causing this: Would you mind sharing the affected project so we can try to replicate the behavior? You can share it publicly here, or send it to us privately by using this upload link. We'll delete it after a closer look!
