An error while trying to preview scene or publish

Thanks for contacting us and sharing that you're experiencing an error with your project file.

I'm not seeing an error message attached, but I can share some next steps with you. I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

• If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise you to import the file into a new one and try to preview it. Other troubleshooting tips:
  • Are you able to preview individual slides?
  • Can you narrow the issue down to a specific slide?
  • If it's a specific slide, can you hide the objects on the slide and preview successfully? This will help you narrow it down to a specific item on the slide if necessary
• If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.

If you'd like us to take a look, then with your permission, please share your project file. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
