Publishing problem with screen capture slides
Mar 26, 2017
I have a course in Articulate 360 that contains screen captures along with regular slides, quiz slides etc.
When I preview the course in Articulate or publish it to web and preview it from my desktop it all looks fine. But when I upload to FTP or to Articulate Review, some of the screen capture slides have turned completely green - some of them still has the mouse movement and text captions though. Really strange.
I tried publishing as Flash only. Then there are no errors, so I have narrowed it down to an html5 publishing bug.
Has anyone experienced this? Articulate staff - what do I do to fix it?
Any ideas would be highly appreciated as the client needs the course in both Flash and HTML5.

Hello Rene - That is certainly odd. Not sure that I've heard of that issue previously and since the preview in SL360 is HTML5 and that is working correctly, that makes this more of a strange description indeed. Would you be able to share the .story file so that we could take a look? Just let us know the slides with issue. If you cannot share here in the forums, you are welcome to share here privately.
Thanks Leslie, I have now opened a support case and sent the .story file to you through that. Look forward to hear from you :-)
Thanks Rene - I see where you got that submitted (01043607) and Vevette is assisting you. I'll be sure to follow along as well.
Hello Rene - Just popped in to check on your case this morning. Looks like Vevette responded so hopefully you got that e-mail. It would come from support@articulate.com, so if you do not see it, be sure to check your spam/junk folder and just let me know if you still do not see it.

No worries René, just wanted to be sure you were not waiting on us :)
Thanks for the update and for updating your case.
I just wanted to mention that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature. You are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
Hi Leslie, I can't seem to replicate the problem now, but both myself and the client saw it. Really strange. Let's see if it appears again or if Vevette experiences it, when she looks at our Articulate Review link. Thanks for great support so far, even though the worse kind of bugs are the ones that appear and disappear and can't be explained :-)
I understand René :)
