I published a Storyline 360 interaction to Review 360 and received a "Congratulations" message. I am able to click on the "View Project" button and see the project. However, when I go to "All Content" I cannot find the project that I was just viewing in the menu.
Any ideas? I really wanted to include the project in RISE via the Storyline Block, but am unable to locate the project.
Is it possible that you have more than one Articulate ID and are logged into two accounts? That could explain why it works from within Storyline but when you try to access it in the Review 360 site separately you're not finding it.
Try logging out of 360.articulate.com and logging back in, checking that you're using the same credentials you used in the 360 Desktop tray application.
If that doesn't narrow it down and help you find it, let our Support Team know! They can dig into your account a bit further.
