Publishing to Scorm

I use Storyline 3 and usually publish a module using scorm 1.2 and send to HR to load on our training access platform.

Just sent a new one i finished and it loaded fine on the platform but when they try to launch it wants to download the presentation rather than show?

A couple of questions for you about this: 

  • May I have you share how the course was shared with your team? 
  • What training platform is your team using? 

At the moment, it could likely be a snag on the training platform side. You are following the best steps to publish the course, and the published output should just be launching. If you can share a bit more details with us, that will help out greatly!
