I'm hoping that someone could kindly give me some guidance. How can I set the use of the 'next' button to only appear/work when a user has opened all of the key points (layers) on a slide?
I know that this is possible in engage but I can't see how to make it work here.
This tutorial describes how to adjust the behavior of the next button (either built in or the custom next button) and ensure that the user doesn't access it until the user meets particular conditions.

Hi Helen,
you can do this by using variables. use one variable for each key point and change the value each variable on click of each key point.
and add below condition on each layer of key points
1) change the state of next button
2) on timeline start of that layer
3) if all variables are true.
this will give you expected result.
