Query regarding creating Post course assessment in articulate

Nov 08, 2023

Hi Team,

I  have created a poct course assessment in articulate with 50 questions (10 questions each from 5 different topics). How can ensure that when someone takes the assessment only 10 questions are displayed which should contain 2 questions from each topic.

Can you please guide me on this, or can share any sample for same.

Create a Question Bank (QB) for each topic. Put the questions for each topic in the designated QB. For the assessment, "draw" 2 questions from each QB.

Hello Pooja Sharma,

Happy to help!

When adding a new "Draw from Question Bank" slide, you'll have the option to select how many questions are drawn from the bank:

In a bank of 50 slides, you'll have the option to select 10 here. There isn't a way to control the draw so that it selects specific questions to meet a 2 per topic criteria, so if you prefer that the draw will always consist of 2 questions per topic, consider creating 5 separate question banks of 10 questions each instead. This setup will allow you to draw 2 questions per topic consistently.

Hope this helps!
