I have a problem with the typesetting. I am "forced" to use Justification. That usually produces a lot of gaps. So I use "Hyphenation" (hope thats the correct term). But if I have less characters in a line I have still some gaps. Does anybody know how to reduce in Articulate Storyline these gaps?
Are you referring to the spacing of lines? I'm afraid I'm not entirely clear on the problem here.
If you're having trouble with the formatting of your text, can you give a little more information or maybe a screenshot of what's happening?
Justification will normally space words out, so that it fits the text box or area. Normal formatting (left, right or center) shouldn't have gaps. If you still see these, we'll definitely want a little more information about what's happening.
