Question about upgrades

My Storyline trial is about to lapse and I'm looking at options to purchase. What I'd appreciate clarification on is the issue of upgrades.
Am I only entitled to any product upgrades/updates if I purchase the Platinum Membership Plan? Or will I receive minor updates regardless (I'm thinking bug fixes) whereas the PMP entitles me to big version upgrades (say from Storyline '13 to '14)?

Updates (which include bug fixes) are included with your Storyline license when purchased, upgrades to a new version, say Storyline Version 2 when available would be included at the PMP level.
