Question Bank
Nov 06, 2017
I set up my questions using question bank. Once I put them in my module and complete it. I click the review button but it takes me through each slide of my module including the questions I created using the question bank. How do I set it up to only review the questions in the question bank instead of the entire slides.
Thank you

Hi Brad,
I'm happy to help you here! First, can you tell me a little more about your file?
The best way to get help for this kind of thing is to share a sample of your file. That way we can see exactly what's going on and make the adjustments needed for the quiz review to function correctly. You can click here to attach it in a new comment!
Hi Alyssa ,
Yes, the file has multiple question banks with content slides between them. I would like to be able to view only the quiz slides once I click "review quiz"
Hello Brad and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Looks like you've shared the zipped published output. Would you be able to share the .story project file that you were working on within Storyline?
Curious what version of Storyline you are using?
Hey Leslie,
Sure, no problem. I am using Storyline 2
Hi Brad!
Sorry for the delay. I was certainly able to see the behavior that you were describing. Without needing to set up additional variables/triggers, removing your questions from question banks will alleviate the navigation going through the content during review.
Take a look at the tail end of your course where I have removed these and it's working as I believe you intend.
I simply copy/pasted the slides from the question banks, then deleted those question bank slides.
Hi Leslie,
This works great !! Thank you so much. I re worked all of my questions and the review works as you described.
Thank you again.
Glad this was able to help you out Brad. Thanks for popping in with an update.
Hello,
I just created a quiz that works perfectly. The questions are drawn from a question bank. Why is it that quiz question numbers within the quiz do not match with question bank questions. For example question n0. 5 from question bank could be question number 45 in the actual quiz.
Thanks,
IS
Hi Indrani
are you randomly drawing the questions?
No, I am not.
Thanks, Wendy :)
The fifth question in the image is numbered Q23 - if you want Q5 to be at position 5 use the Move Question option at the bottom of the panel to rearrange.
Thank you so much????
