I have created a course in which i have a question bank. there are 5 question in the question bank randomly are set to display. (storyline 360 v3.20.16814.0)
On each question there is a submit button which is set to Submit Interaction trigger.
when i upload the course to scorm cloud and test, If i exit the course after attempting the 1st question only(correct option), then 100% score is displayed.
The problem only arise when the first question is submit and close the course after that without completing the course.
Hi have had a look at your file and have managed to make it score 20% on an exist after just answering 1 question (Which I guess is the desired effect).
I can't pin down the exact problem, but removing a lot of the variables getting set AssessmentQ and QNumber fixed it. So start stripping back and adding them till you figure out which one it is causing Storyline some confusion (bless it).
I've attached my working version for you to have a look.
I answered one question and closed it using both the Exit . button on your player and the Exit browser button, and both times it reported a score of 0% and incomplete:
Can you take a look at the version I published and let me know how it behaves for you? If that one works, I'd also look at updating to build 21 of Storyline 360.
Thanks for the trouble but seem like still not working. The condition to the problem is u need to answer the 1st question correct(question 1= answer=1;if question 2= answer=2 ) and close the course.
Thanks for your advice. really appreciate it. After stripping and adding back one by one the problem is the custom next and prev button on the review layer that causing the problem. Thanks again for the suggestion and your work.
