Are they re-attempting the quiz during the same launch session with the content or over multiple launch attempts?
We had a problem with the former with earlier Articulate content and our Saba LMS. Was a Saba issue. To re-take a quiz, users had to exit and then re-launch.
Could possibly be how the course is set up in the LMS.
By chance is this a SCORM course? And are you using statuses of passed/failed or completed/failed?
With our Saba LMS, if a SCORM course using these statuses was not set up correctly, strange things like this happened. Essentially, the LMS "took over" judging if a person passed or failed correctly.
Interesting. My former company is moving from Saba to the SAP LSO (it was an executive decision--SAP for everything) and course administrators/developers are not happy with what they are getting and losing.
This is my first experience of using LSO as an LMS and I would not recommend it!
I have a feeling that the status is being set by some call to the API that is coming back blank or null and that is why this is happening, but cannot find anything that could cause it.

Hi I have tried both scenarios, with different test users but the same results.

To further complicate matters we tried to remove the question bank and used a Quizmaker quiz instead.
Accidentally the Retry was disabled.
But, after first failing the quiz, relaunching it and reviewing it was enough for the score to be set at 100%.
Any ideas?

Hi
You guessed right!
It is set up as a SCORM course in SAP LSO which is not the most forgiving of SCORM compliant LMS'.
The staus is set to Incomplete/Completed as these are the only ones we have been able to make work with the LMS.
