I hope someone can help me. I have a training package that gets stuck transitioning from the last question in a series, and won’t move to the results slide.
If successful in the current scene, the results slide should then transfer the leaner to the next scene and so on, until all of the content/assessment has completed. The final slide is a check – ie if all results slides equal success then the course is complete.
I am running into trouble at the transition to every results slide. – I have cut out the content and all but one question in each scene.
Can anyone suggest a solution? I have 6 other courses all with the same problem.
Hey Rachael - I am able to see the issue you are reporting, but not sure off-hand what is going on. I've opened a case with our support engineers on your behalf (01010737) and you should be hearing from someone soon. I'll be sure to follow along as well.
