Hello! I'm helping to create a course on using a RF Unit (think those handy little scanner guns at Target!). I've set up hotspots and triggers for all of the #'s and letters and they are working perfectly but I'm not sure how to do this with the backspace, space, shift and return, ctrl buttons, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Good Afternoon, Erin.
Since some keystrokes trigger web browser actions, many of the examples you gave will never be passed from the browser to Storyline. This Forum Thread discusses some potential workarounds.
I know the community would love to see a copy of your course when it's finished!
