This may seem like a naive question, but does the Quick Access Toolbar in Storyline 360 persist? I set it up for a project only to have to set it up again for a new project. Any ideas?

I just added some items to my Quick Access Toolbar and opened different projects, and they remained.
I also rolled back an update, then updated again, and they remain as well.
So, it's remaining intact for me.
Are you working locally on your software and project files?
@Leslie - I'm not sure if you ever heard back from Anthony, but I've noticed that my Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) doesn't persist after I update SL360.
This isn't the first time it happened, but at least this time I have screenshots to explain it. Back in January, I customized my QAT in SL360 v.3.24.17733.0. While I haven't used SL360 in several months, after the most-recent update, I noticed that my QAT is gone again in v3.30.19518.0.
Please let me know if there's anything else you need from me to help research this. Thanks in advance for your help!

No updates yet. Here's some more detail about how we tackle bugs. I'm sorry that I can't say when this issue will be fixed, but you're in the right place to stay updated on this bug's progress.
In general, I love the tool. This particular bug seems to make the QAT feature pretty useless if you can only use it while your project is open. Recreating it every time defeats the purpose of having a shortcut. But I also appreciate that you guys roll out fixes pretty often so hopefully this will rise in the backlog at some point. :)
