Quiz always returns to question 1 on re-attempt

Hi community,
I'm testing a new freeform 'pick 1' style quiz that I've built in SL 360 using the new modern player. It's 9 questions long and I want users to be able to re-answer the questions they got incorrect when they click on re-attempt, so I've set the failure layer trigger on my results slide to 'reset only incorrect questions'.
If I answer all questions correctly there is no problem, it tells me I've passed with 100% as it should.
If I get some questions incorrect including question 1 on my first attempt, when I select re-attempt it only takes me back to those I answered incorrectly as it should.
Here's the issue - if I answer question 1 correctly then answer some of the other questions incorrectly on my first attempt (or any attempt), when I re-attempt it always takes me back to question 1 even though I answered it correctly.
All slide layer properties are set to 'automatically decide' and all options are correctly selected in form view.
If anybody has any ideas on this I'd be really grateful for any help!

Hi there, Tom. You might see the first question slide flash briefly before you revisit the first incorrectly answered question. That's an issue that we are investigating.
It sounds like your course is actually stopping on the first question slide to retry it, though. I can't reproduce this in a generic file. With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

What was the culprit? I was scratching my head, as your Slide Properties setup sounded great, with the When Revisiting drop-down set to Automatically decide. 🤔
