I have a short quiz at the end of a course. The Retry Quiz button takes me back to the correct slide but the answers are nor resetting at all. I have attached a picture of the results slide and the triggers. I have copied the structure of the triggers from a different quiz I created and from my perspective, I do not see a difference.
I have figured out part of the issue, I think. I had selected the variable "Results.Scorepoints" as opposed to "Results.ScorePercent". I was using percentage as the indicator of passing, not points. I am still not resetting the entire quiz. For some reason, the first question is not resetting. But, when I go through the quiz the second time, it says that I got 100% when I clearly did not.
In addition, when I pass the quiz and go back to review my answers, it only goes to the second question, not the first.
I'm sure you already checked this but can you verify one more time that all questions are included in the Quiz Settings (see attached photo)? If you don't mind attaching your project I can take a look of what could be the problem.
Thanks, Nedim. I triple checked that. I got tripped up on that early in my use of Storyline so it is one of the first things I checked.
I actually just replaced the problematic results slide with a different Storyline template and everything works now. I still don't know what the issue was. I checked and from everything I could see, my original results slide was structured the same as the replacement, so the puzzle remains unsolved.

The first question is the problem somehow.
