After failing all 3 quiz attempts and looping back to lesson quiz the quiz questions can't be answered again. Slides don't allow original state to be restored on revisit though all questions have their properties set to resume original state.
I've made sure that each question in the quiz bank permits unlimited attempts and the properties are set to return to original state.
The question answers are removed upon revisit but the submit buttons are gone and replaced with prev/next even though those questions only have submit as an option in the properties.
