Quiz choice not selected and submit button dosn't proivde feedback

Any ideas for a troubleshoot on this?
I have a quiz question. If the user does NOT select a choice and still hits the SUBMIT button, instead of help prompt like "You must make a selection before submitting"--- the help screen are seems to be displaying another slide. Perhaps it's because the slide is set up to branch to another slide when the SUBMIT button his selected? But I don't know how to fix it. (See below)

On other oddity. It works fine on my iPad. Just not on my PC.
