We want to make some learning modules with a short quiz at the end.
This is going to be for farmers in Sri Lanka so we want it to be possible for them to view the module without internet, and also for them to be able to do it on their mobile phones
I have found how to send it in a zip etc so they can download it and then view it offline, but I can't find how to make it also possible to be viewed without internet on their mobiles.
