Are you thinking of asking users to click on the "correct" part of the table, and they'll get feedback based upon where they're clicking? Perhaps using a Freeform Hotspot question type will help! You can set the feedback "by choice" so that it is unique to what they have selected. Share what you have so far for more advice from our community!
