Quiz needs to be taken twice before closing in LMS

Hello

I've made an e-learning with Rise and added a Storyline Block to include my Quiz. But now the e-learning does not show as complete in LMS. When I take it a second time, it sends a completion status and it's closing in my LMS.

Anyone any idea why it's not show as complete directly after completing the quiz?
