Quiz Question

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to see a good way to adapt a textually drive exercise into an interactive quiz.  In the exercise, the student is asked to review text and take note of the underlined passages.  They are then asked to choose whether they are incorrect "I" or correct "C".  Are there any suggestions our there as to how this could be done in a more engaging manner?  It is currently a Word Document and in paragraph form.  It is written as a memorandum.
