There is an older thread with the title of this topic, but the actual responses in the thread have to do with videos. So, I am opening a new discussion.
I want the learner to be able to go back and change an answer after they have submitted it. (Until they have submitted the final question).
My issue is "the question Attempts drop down menu is grayed out and unclickable on the question slides, so I can't change it."
If I change the Feedback from NONE to "By question" or "By choice" then I CAN change the attempts. But I do not want any feedback on these questions.
The number of attempts is grayed out because, without Feedback, the user doesn't know they submitted incorrectly, so there would be no reason to re-attempt.
It sounds like what you're trying to do is only submit the answers at the end of the quiz. Here are the steps:
