I have been looking around and have not seen anything recent on Cornerstone and reporting. Here is what I need to do...
I need to pull the results from the module into a report for the internal client I am working with. Is there anyone who can help me? Does Articulate "talk" to Cornerstone on an individual user basis?

You can check out this article here to understand all of the data that is being sent to the LMS.
It's up to the LMS in how they report on that data, so hopefully someone will be able to chime in and help you out or you can work with Cornerstone on that.
