Quiz Radio buttons give away answer.

I am having an issue with multiple choice radio buttons giving away the correct answer.  When I preview the course I see the following:

Normal 0 false false false oNotPromoteQF /> EN-US X-NONE X-NONE

When I publish the course, the radio button representing the correct answer has a thinner boarder than the ones which represent the wrong answers.  Picture below, correct answer is Ancestry:

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE

Has anyone else seen this?  If so, can you offer some advice?

Hi Jose!

That's really strange, and I would've loved to have had that kind of glitch while in school

The first thing I'd check is your machine's DPI. Make sure it's set to 96. Here's how you can switch to 96 DPI.

You'll also want to be sure you're following some basic rules to prevent strange behavior:

  • Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
  • You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
  • Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.

Finally, if your Storyline software is not working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem. If not, please feel free to submit a ticket to our support team for additional help.

Thanks, Jose!
