There was a thread 11 years ago, now closed, with same question - how can I get the question answer displayed (as it is on quiz Review) but after each question not just at the end of the Quiz? I guess a horrible brute force approach would be to make each question a separate quiz, although the user would still have to click on Review Quiz.
It sounds like you want immediate feedback, but with a different look than the standard Correct and Incorrect layers.
You could still use those layers.
Change the design by applying a blank Feedback layout, and then redesigning the layers as desired. For example, you could put your own "Correct" and "Incorrect" banners across the bottom.
Add objects that point out the correct answers. This only works if you don't shuffle the answers. An easy alternative is to have a feedback text-box to tell the user which answers are correct (which, of course, is the standard for the built-in feedback).
I have several drop down “put in correct sequence “ questions and some matching ones. The quiz review displays correct answer automatically with no coding. I want to somehow access this without having to manually recreate it for every slide. I know I could painfully do manual feedback but why can’t we use the review feedback ….
