How do I create two different options after pass or fail in a quiz? I want them to rewatch the course if they fail and print out a certificate and email it too when they pass.
Are you using a results slide? You can customize the results slides for each situation. So, if your learner fails, they could be prompted to try the course again, click a button and that button could jump to the beginning of the course. Or, if you just want them to be able to try the quiz again, you could include a "Retry" option in the results slide.
You could customize the passing results slide as well. You can include a "Print results" button on this slide/layer, if you'd like.
One thing to keep in mind, however. Unfortunately, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in our products anymore.
Also, certificates are not supported in Storyline. However, Steve Flowers shared an awesome example, here, that you may want to check out.
