There is not a method to change the behavior of the percentage score which is reported to your LMS - but other users have mentioned setting up something custom using Javascript.
I don't know about the variable that Nadine mentioned - not one I've seen before, but you are welcome to use the 'contact me' feature on her profile to reach out and see if she can weigh in on how this was set up.

There is not a method to change the behavior of the percentage score which is reported to your LMS - but other users have mentioned setting up something custom using Javascript.
If you want to display 78% instead of 78,4%, use this built-in variable:
%RoundedScore%%
