Hi, I have a quiz that was originally created in SL1. I am now running SL2 update 5. The quiz timer is permanently on even with the results slides option un-ticked. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
The quiz contains 5 question banks with a limited, random selection from each bank. There is a results slide for each bank and I have checked the timer setting in all 5 results slides and they are all un-checked. There is another results slide which pulls together the results from the individual question banks, but that does not show a timer option (I presume because it is not dependant on individual questions). Can anyone offer any advice or comment? Thanks, Adrian

In the meantime, you may find it beneficial to run through these troubleshooting steps. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
Another thought - did you import from a Presenter course? I've seen the timer remain when you've set up something in Presenter/Quizmaker and then imported that player into Storyline. You can rectify the situation by reimporting the project into Storyline as described here.
