Quizmaker 13 not importing to Storyline 3 - says Couldn't open quiz

Couldn't Open Quiz.   The quiz could not be opened.  Make sure it isn't open in Quizmaker, then try again.     "Retry" or "Continue" 

 

This is happening on several of our systems - anyone have the solution to import?  (and no, it's not open anywhere else. ;-) )

Hello, Cyn! Sorry you're hitting this snag! Let's narrow down why this is happening:

* Are both files saved to your local hard drive?
* Does this happen with any Quizmaker '13 file, or just this one in particular?
Have you tried repairing Storyline 3?

The quizmaker file is saved to a hard drive - the storyline file doesn't exist because it's just new and being imported "in" to.
It happens with almost 100% of our quizmaker13 files.
Repairing storyline is something our IT department would have to do - I can give that a try - but it's everywhere across a lot of designers - we will phase out Quizmaker 13 type products but it's not easy when you have to start from scratch each time.
