Quizzes and results

Sep 25, 2019

So I have created a series of multiple choice quizzes with the corresponding results slide. One of the problems I'm having is I have assigned a certain point value to each possible answer on each quiz - the user can select the answer that best fits them. On the results slide, it lists a score and percentage and whether the user passed or not. What I would like to do is have the results provide a "tally" of points corresponding to the selection made on each quiz question slide for a total score. Example: quiz 1 has 4 answers. Each answer has a different point total with no right or wrong answer. User select the answer that best fits them. How can this be done?

Hi Robert,

I've seen your related thread and if creating multiple slides for each choice/question is not an option, then you may want to consider creating the quiz manually and utilizing variables and triggers.

I've uploaded a sample of what you are trying to achieve. You can edit the triggers to add a certain point for a variable and it will get tallied either as a total, or, you can add new variables and edit the triggers to be able to display a score on your last slide with the independent values.

This may work in situations where you have multiple answers where the value for each answer is important for the end result.

I hope this helps, let me know what you think.

Bang
