I have taken over someone's work, and I'm stuck on the quizzing slides. When I set the attempts to, let's say 4, and then preview the slide, I have to click the submit button 4 times before Storyline informs me of the correct/incorrect answer. I don't know how this happened, but I can't figure it out. Any advice?
If you have 4 attempts set and are choosing the 'wrong' answer, then the expectation is to choose another answer to try to get the correct answer. Sounds like you may have nothing on the Try Again Layer, so you are not getting the prompt and it just looks like you are stuck.
That's my assumption without seeing the file. If you would like us to take a look, feel free to share the .story file.
