I am using a built-in multiple-choice option for a quiz. On one of my answer choices, the radio button jumps to a different spot in the hover state. When I go into the hover state there doesn't seem to be a way for me to select the radio button to move it.
If you're saying the radio button jumps but the text does not, that's something I've never seen. Have had it happen that somehow I've moved a state of an answer selection, which then includes the button and the text.
My suggestion would be to delete the hover state and then create it again, and all you'd have to do additionally would be to set the fill color back to match the other answers.

Thank you, I deleted the hover state and used format painted to add it back to match the other questions. This fixed the issue.
