Ran Storyline update and now my Microsoft and Adobe software don't work.

I ran Storyline update and now my Microsoft and Adobe software don't work.

I can't uninstall to fix as it because it has corrupted my control panel as well. This is the 4th time I have ran an Articulate Storyline update and it has completely crached my computer over the last 3 years.
