Random Number Generator

Is it possible to generate a random number in Storyline? I cannot use Javascript for this since the iPad and Android players do not support it.

What I want to do, ideally, is to allow the user to print a certificate out once they finish the course on a tablet. However, I have found no way of doing this easily. So, I have decided that if I can randomly generate a code on the completion screen then the user can log in to our website at a later time and enter that code (I will have a hash table of all possible codes). Once they enter the code then they can print the certificate from their PC/Mac. Of course, this all hinges on whether Storyline can generate a random number (as a variable).
