There's no way to have Storyline content "immediately translated." Translation must be done in advance. And, to ensure accuracy and clarity, it should be done by an experienced translation company. (I would not trust my company's messaging to Google Translate.)

You could put multiple translations into one course, let the user click a button on the first slide to indicate their preferred language, and then jump to that version.

The new quizzing functions in Storyline 360 would even allow for reporting the score of whichever quiz the user completed.
