Hi Helen! I had this issue awhile back. Though we use Litmos as our LMS, this fixed it for us. Make sure that in Publish --> Reporting and Tracking --> Tracking --> that you are Tracking using quiz result (NOT using number of slides). This fixed our reporting issue between Storyline and the LMS. Hope this helps you like it did us.

A great way to compare is to test the course in SCORM Cloud. This helps determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the project.
If you are able to replicate the behavior, we would want to take a look at your .story file.
