RECORDING CRASH

Hello Heroes,

I just completed a recording and was in the process of "Insert Slides", when suddenly the entire recording was dropped!  I cannot locate the recording anywhere, has this ever happened to anyone else?  See my attachment for a screen shot of where the error took place.

Hi Ira,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you encountered while recording your screencast. You'll want to first confirm that you're working on local project files as described here and if you continue to experience this behavior I'd look at going through a repair of Storyline.  If Storyline continues to crash, we'll want to take a look at the error logs and you can pull them as described here to share with our Support engineers.
