I just had one more question. Apologies if this question is an obvious one but I just want some clarification.
I would like to know how to play my E-learning video in its entirety (ie view the Video from the Learner’s perspective). Do I need to publish it if I want to view what the Learner would see?
Using the Preview button allows me to preview the triggers, layers etc that I have put in place to check they work but I would like to view the whole e-learning video.
One easy way to test your entire Storyline file is to publish it to Web, then upload it to Tempshare. Keep in mind that Tempshare will host your course for review and testing purposes for 10 days, so it's not something you'll want to use for long-term hosting.

Hi Susan!
Yes, you can absolutely record a screencast and insert it into a video marker. After you create your screen recording in Storyline, you'll need to export the recording as an MP4 file.
Next, add a marker to your slide. Then, following the "Adding Media to Markers" steps in this tutorial, insert the MP4 file into the marker.
Give it a try, and let me know if it works for you!
