Hi. I started recording (full screen), then the count down began, 3, 2, and now it's stuck on 1. I've tried pressing ESC with no luck (as well as other keys in desperation). It's been stuck for a good 5-7 minutes and I need to get it done yesterday. Please help.
Yikes, sorry to hear that! Did you ever get un-stuck? Is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive? Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.
